Privacy policy

Last updated November 6, 2026. PlayPartyMap is a free guide to kids party venues. You can use it without an account, and we collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• No accounts, no sign-up. You don't give us your name or email to use the site.
• Emails you send us. If you write to [email protected] (for example to correct or claim a listing), we keep your message and email address so we can reply and track the change.
• Forms. If you use a form on the site (such as a listing claim form), we store what you enter in it for the same purpose.
• Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes basic request data such as IP address, browser type and the page requested to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or local storage and does not track you across other websites.

We also use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand how visitors find and use the site: pages viewed, time on page, rough location and the site or search engine you came from. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address; Google may use this data as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Advertising and cookies

To keep PlayPartyMap free, we show (or plan to show) ads served by Google AdSense and similar ad partners. When ads are on:

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
• Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

How we use information

• To answer your messages and update venue listings.
• To run, secure and improve the site.
• To show ads that pay for the site, as described above.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it except with the service providers above (Cloudflare for hosting, email and analytics; Google for analytics and advertising) or when required by law.

Children

PlayPartyMap is written for parents and venue owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (in practice, emails or form submissions you sent). Depending on where you live, including California and other US states, you may have additional rights under local privacy law. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and claim requests as long as needed to handle them and keep listings accurate, and delete them on request. Analytics are kept in aggregate only.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
